
I joined the Rift Rangers team halfway through to help get the game ready for release. I would meet with the Lead to brainstorm either missing systems or areas the game needed more content. Being a big fan of Vampire Survivors at the time I pitched more upgrade options and unlockables as well as the in-game achievement system. Both features needed to give the player both short and long term goals and the feeling of progression as the game opens up more.

The timeline was very tight but we got the systems in as well as adding more content in the form of enemies and more unlockable towers (this games version of attack abilities). I also did a few balance passes on the game difficulty and speed of progression of the content.
